In a heartwarming display of camaraderie and support, nine esteemed life members of the Laurel Volunteer Fire Department (LVFD) recently embarked on a journey to visit one of their own, Ted “Tractor Ted” Lovell, a fellow life member and former Lieutenant. Ted, affectionately known as “Tractor Ted” due to his passion for tractors, resides in King George, VA, and has been facing health complications in recent times, prompting his cherished LVFD comrades to rally around him.

The visit proved to be a poignant trip down memory lane as the group, including Vic Whipple, Craig Moe, Tommy Scaggs, Bill Squicciarini, John Maher, Ricky Bittinger, Robert Coulson, and Mike Carey, reminisced about their shared experiences and heroic endeavors during their tenure at LVFD.
