These are dedicated volunteers that give time away from their families to keep the community of Laurel and its surrounding area safe. Engine and Chief Run First Due House Fire

1/8/15.  Just before 1400hrs, the Box Alarm was sounded for 7103 Fitzpatrick Dr for a report of a house fire. E-101 arrived on scene with smoke showing from side “Alpha”. The crew quickly stretched a line, while the officer made a 360* size up, and found fire showing from the basement and made an attack from side “Charlie” through the basement entrance.

Just after 1am on December 31, 2014, Company 10 was dispatched for a car into pole on Contee Road near Rt.1.  Chief 10 (Hull) arrived first to find a single vehicle into the pole with the driver pinned in the car.  Chief 10 requested a squad and a medic to complete the assignment.  Squad 49 arrived and extricated the driver.  Engine 101's crew assisted the squad and prov

Engine and Truck on North Laurel House Fire

Truck 10 Runs 2-Alarm House Fire in Savage

Truck and Chiefs Run Townhouse Fire

Just before 8am on Tuesday, November 4th, units from Laurel and the surrounding area were alerted to the 14900-blk of Belle Ami Drive for a report of smoke in the basement of the townhouse. Truck 10 arrived on the alpha side of a two-story middle of the group townhouse and reported smoke showing from side alpha.

Change Your Clocks, Change Your Batteries

Daylight Savings ends this weekend, November 2, 2014. Please remember to turn your clocks back one hour and change the batteries if your smoke detector is not one of the new 10 year detectors. Once you have the new batteries in, please remember to test it!
